Cancellations
• All cancellations must be communicated in writing or via official booking channels
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full
• Deposits during peak periods are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Refunds may only be considered if:
• The service was not delivered
• A confirmed operational error occurred
All concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion at care@zahbeautylounge.com.
Zah Beauty Lounge reserves full discretion over refund approvals.
